Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
1. Who This Policy Covers
Bajaar LLC operates Winzos. In this policy, "you" means a participant or a Creator. A participant enters contests, uses the website or the Winzos mobile app, asks questions, earns contest entries or Pointcoins, or redeems rewards. A Creator runs a contest. You may be both. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, participate in a contest, or contact us for support.
If you are a participant, that includes:
- Your phone number, which is your account.
- A device identifier.
- Contest entries.
- Questions you ask, and the AI answers shown to you.
- Your Pointcoin balance and redemptions.
- A name, email address, or shipping address, when you provide one for a prize or a reward.
- A push-notification token, if you allow alerts.
- On iPhone, your choice when the app asks for permission to track.
If you are a Creator, we collect the email on your account, the contest content you submit, and the payout details you give us so we can pay you.
If you use the Winzos mobile app, we also collect:
- Precise location. Only after you tap Allow store visits and choose Allow all the time on Android, or Change to Always Allow on iPhone. We collect it to detect a visit to a participating store, including while the app is closed. Collection stops when you sign out or turn location off in your device settings.
- Approximate location. General location derived from your IP address, and your time zone.
- Advertising identifiers. Your mobile advertising ID (IDFA on iPhone, Google Advertising ID on Android) and similar pseudonymous IDs, collected with that location permission, including while you are not using the app.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services, and to communicate with you. For a participant, that includes running your account, recording contest entries and Pointcoins, showing AI answers, sending alerts you allow, and completing a redemption. For a Creator, that includes hosting the contest and sending payouts.
Precise location is used to detect when you arrive at a participating store, including while the app is closed, and to show the in-store offer. Contest entries are added after you close that offer. A store visit does not add Pointcoins.
4. How We Share Information
A Creator receives only the participant information needed to run that contest and deliver its prize. Email addresses shown to the Creator are partly hidden. A Creator may not try to reconstruct them, and may not use participant information for the Creator's own marketing.
Precise location and advertising identifiers collected for store visits are shared with advertising partners such as InMarket, as described in Section 5. We do not give that location or those advertising identifiers to the Creator.
We also share information with service providers who help us operate Winzos, and with authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your name, phone number, account contents, or contest activity. Sharing precise location and advertising identifiers with advertising partners may be a "sale" or "sharing" under US state privacy laws. Section 5 explains how to opt out.
5. Location Data and Mobile Advertising
When you grant permission, the Winzos mobile app collects precise location data from your device, and your mobile advertising ID or similar pseudonymous IDs, including when you are not using the app. We share that data with third-party ad companies such as InMarket for tailored advertising, ad campaign measurement and attribution, and analytics. To learn more about these practices, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance. A description of mobile opt-out choices is available from the Network Advertising Initiative.
You can control this collection through your device settings. You may:
- Opt in to location tracking for store-visit entries by tapping Allow store visits and choosing Allow all the time on Android, or Change to Always Allow on iPhone.
- Turn location off at any time in your device settings. Winzos has no separate in-app location settings screen.
- Choose precise or approximate location in your device settings, where the operating system offers that choice.
- Stop store-visit monitoring by signing out of the app.
Under various US state privacy laws, sharing location data and advertising identifiers with advertising partners may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, turn off location access for Winzos in your device settings, sign out of the app, or email help@winzos.io with the subject line "Location opt-out" and the phone number on your account.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing help@winzos.io.
- Delete a participant account in the app with Delete my account, or by emailing us. Deleting the account removes the Pointcoin balance on that account, including the balance shared with Pointcoin, and rewards that have not been redeemed.
- Ask us to delete a Creator account by emailing help@winzos.io.
- Turn off push alerts for rewards, offers, and nearby stores in your device settings.
- Use the location choices in Section 5. Winzos has no separate in-app location settings screen.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information while your account is open. We may keep it longer when we need it for fraud prevention, payouts, prize disputes, or legal claims.
8. Age
Winzos is not for anyone under 18. Do not enter a contest or run one if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by posting the new version on this page and changing the date above. Continued use of Winzos after that posting is acceptance of the change.
10. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at help@winzos.io.
